Saved places and conferences stay in your own browser. We never see them unless you share a link. If you tick the box to ask for a conference guide, we receive only the conference name, city, dates and venue.
Shared trips are stored on our server only when you click "Share with your group". Anyone with the link can see that trip, and anyone with the edit link can change it, so share links only with people going. A shared trip is deleted about 13 months after its last change.
Maps on city pages, conference guides and trips are provided by Google. When a map loads, Google receives your request under its own privacy policy.
Reports and suggestions you send are stored privately for review. If we publish a report, we show only your note and the name or initials you chose to give.
Booking reminders: if you sign up, we keep your email address and the conference you chose, and use them only to send that reminder. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time through the feedback form.
Visitor counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you across sites.
Booking links take you to the venue or its booking provider. What you enter there is covered by their privacy policy, not ours.
We don't sell or share personal information.
